Fox 9: A unique pop-up market that originated during the pandemic is taking place this weekend, bringing together some of the metros best makers and bakers. The Plant Based Pop Up Market takes place the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 11am to 3pm. New Rules North event center hosts the event. It’s located at 2015 Lowry Ave. North in Minneapolis.
